What incredible power there is in souls uniting together in prayer! Certainly our Father in heaven is pleased and ready to act when His children gather together to petition Him for His power and provision in the earth. Earlier in Acts, Luke describes the church, "And they continued steadfastly...in prayers." He then says at the end of Acts 2, "And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." He also states that the believers "had all things in common." What an example for us to follow! Let us pray with a common vision and a united desire to see Satan finally defeated and Christ victorious! Let us pray together and watch the Lord answer the requests of His united family!
