What a great joy it is to come before God in prayer! Isn't it wonderful to bring God the burdens on our shoulders or the issues in the world knowing that He will provide? As we pray, do we delight in our communion with Him? Do we constantly seek to enjoy God and His provision? Prayer doesn't have to be emotionless. We are speaking to our Father who wants us to enjoy Him. What better way to take pleasure in the Lord than by direct communication with Him! Let's joyfully bring our requests and praise to Him.
